Westhampton

Bordered by Cary Street, Grove and Patterson avenues and just east of the Country Club of Virginia and the University of Richmond, the homes of Westhampton reflect the quality construction of years past. Many of the properties were built in the 1920s and 30s and consist of Colonial mansions with river views, English Tudor homes with mature landscaping to smaller Cape Cod houses or ranches and reflect a wide range of price. The neighborhood is well known for its beautiful gardens and tree lined streets.

The area’s most renowned shopping district is The Avenues, at the corner of Libbie and Grove, which features a great mix of local cafes and boutiques.
