University of Richmond/ Westham

Closer to the city limits sits the University of Richmond or more commonly called Westham. Neighborhoods included under this community feature more traditional homes built in the late 1930’s to 1950’s and the lots tend to be 1/2 an acre or larger and feature park-like settings.
