Classic Mid-Century Modern

Designed in 1959 and completed in 1960 by Marcellus Wright for the orginal owners, this Mid-Century Modern boasts classic modern details; Slatted wood ceilings, exposed wood beams, wall paneling and vintage steel cabinets in the kitchen are but a few of the original elements still in pristine condition. A single hallway runs lengthwise and a double-height stair dominates the interior and offers views to the backyard. The bedrooms are spacious and offer abundant natural light and views plus great closets. Classic exposed beams and light fixtures repeat throughout the home. Awarded the American Institute of Architects Merit Award in 1962.
